First, complete The Baby Sleep Survey so we can get to know your baby and family.
Individualized Sleep Plan for your child, using information gathered in the sleep survey.
60 - Minute Sleep Consultation Call to review the plan, discuss implementation, and answer any questions.
Night one live text - message support from bedtime until baby falls asleep .
Two weeks of text message support as you continue to implement The Sleep Plan and monitor progress.
Sleep tracker provided, to be reviewed regularly by consultant who will provide feedback.
3x 20 Minute phone calls throughout the two week support, in order to answer questions or monitor progress.
Sleep Success Toolkit provided at the end of the two weeks, including troubleshooting tips for continuing your baby's amazing sleep gains!
