• A  customized Newborn Sleep Guide, based on your newborn's sleep needs. 
• 50 minute Consultation Call to answer questions about implementing the sleep guide. 
• Three email check-ins to answer questions, up until the age of 3 months. 
• Can be combined with the "Breezy Bedtime" package. Please mention this on our call for more information!

Babies 4 - 18 Months

Not sure how to get your baby to fall asleep and stay asleep? Work directly with a consultant to learn an approach that is supportive, individualized and backed by science. 

This package includes ...

• First, complete The Baby Sleep Survey so we can get to know your baby and family. 
• Individualized Sleep Plan for your child, using information gathered in the sleep survey. 
• 60 - Minute Sleep Consultation Call to review the plan, discuss implementation, and answer any questions.
• Night one live text - message support from bedtime until baby falls asleep . 
• Two weeks of text message support as you continue to implement The Sleep Plan and monitor progress. 
• Sleep tracker provided, to be reviewed regularly by consultant who will provide feedback.
• 3x 20 Minute phone calls throughout the two week support, in order to answer questions or monitor progress. 
• Sleep Success Toolkit provided at the end of the two weeks, including troubleshooting tips for continuing your baby's amazing sleep gains!

18 Months - 5 Years
